Poster Guidelines: Poster boards measuring 0.95 m x 2.4 m (portrait format) will be available. We recommend poster size A0 for optimal viewing experience. Download here the full poster guideline.
Oral Presentation Guidelines: We provide Windows computers running Windows 7 equipped with MS PowerPoint 2016, Adobe Acrobat Reader and VLC. Use of own computer is not allowed to save time between presenters. Presenters must bring their presentation on a USB-disc or thumbdrive to the conference. remember to allow for a few minutes Q&A at the end of the talk.
